I work for a web market, there are 300-400 goods/staff they sell. I have a text file of all staff product, description, price, picture etc.
There are sites for free listing where I should fill all the information.

Search stack overflow and you are likely to find your answer. Shouldn't be that difficult unless you have to deal with sessions and cookies, etc. then it can get really messy. You can also ask your questions on stack overflow, but they can go unanswered for days ... fiverr, believe it or not, is another site, where you can get help from experienced programmers

Hmmm maybe before you start developing software for someone spent 1-2 years on learning, add 2 years for studies on University and then start selling your "skills" ???
I think that if your skills are below basic level you shouldn't do anything for any one...
We have more then enough of poorly written software out there...

you need a framework to work with. if you are just building a simple bot to fill in forms, look into the waitin api (google it)
