Hi Guys,
As of today, we're still manually sending our marketing emails when a guest tries to make an order but the payment fails. We're looking to automate this.
The job itself:
We sell digital good through Selly.io, an unpaid order looks like this:
When a buyer tries paying for an item, it'll say 'not paid' - the second the unpaid order pops up we'd like to have a program that starts a timer. After X minutes it should automatically send a marketing email about the unpaid order.
If the order becomes 'paid' before the timer ends, cancel the timer.
Paid order:
Selly.gg itself has plenty of api functions, which can be found here:
https://developer.selly.io/
This job shouldn't require much effort, we'd like seperate folders for: selly login details and the marketing message. I'm sure if you have questions we're happy to answer them all.
Its a must that it runs 24/7, we'll provide the server.
