Is it possible to Auto DM to comments on a FB Post? And preferably w/o using a third party app.

No, yu can not do that autpomatically. can be done via fb page or group may be but not sure.

I also have the same question as you, I see that every time I post on the facebook group someone comments immediately. Does anyone know about this?
