Auto Create Templates

I am looking for a system that can auto-create templates. Something similar to how cloaking tools can create a new design with every refresh.

I want something similar that can create good looking new designs that allow me to have infinite designs for my sites. The only difference here is that unlike a cloaker these designs will actually be seen.

So if you have something like this already let me know via PM. I will pay cash via paypal for a completed solution or for a programmer who knows how to quickly get this done.

just rotate css files

My guy hasn't been able to do that with css while keeping sites attractive and looking 'white hat'

Anyone have any tips, or an existing template system? I've got cash in paypal ready and waiting

I've got to agree with ccpro, since CSS is meant to do exactly what you are describing...it might not give you "infinite" choices, but you should be able to rotate through as many as you want...

Maybe using php to rotate values or css files as previously mentioned. What's the point of the rotations / your end goal? Not sure what your trying to accomplish exactly...

I have an automated content system that I resurrected. I haven't used it in the past year and it builds sites that are white hat or at least close to it. But this system used standard templates and that is a pain in the ass and a footprint. So I want something that can create suitable whitehat designs.

I have seen one system which pulled an image, matched colors of the design to that image, and created a nice design. Pretty awesome. So that is what I am looking for.
