Please i am searching for a software or tool that can extract
my blog content ( text and image) and convert it to video.

I just need something semi automated, that i will just put
a blog page url and the tool will extract the text and image,
then convert it to video file by speaking the text and showing
the image.

Does any tool like this available?

I don't think anything like that is available (yet), but from what you describe it should do, it should be fairly easy to program.

It's possible to do this with a presentation! But I don't know any program that will create a video for you.. At least not yet!

In my knowledge there is not such software. However you can use screen capture software.To record the video. You can read the blog and the software will automatically give you the video.You can grab whole screen or part of screen in the video.
