I have started a website on health niche and affilliating supplements on that, is there any way i can get seo optamised article posted on my website automatically related to my niche and keywords so that i can start getting visitors and sales.

you mean autoblogging? Sure you can! There are many autoblogging plugins out there. I'm not sure how well they optimize the articles, though... probably that it depends on each plugin alone.

And I also think there are some custom software / scripts (so, stuff outside of WP) that can scrape content and autopost it to your site.... I mean, there has to be some kind of software that does this, I just don't know its name :)

Autoblogging plugins only work on feeds, i tried it but nothing worked, i don't know much about custome software or scripts, if you find anything like that, do direct me to that.
 
The health niche is highly competitive with some very high authority domains dominating the SERPS. So how do you think auto blog content is going to beat those high ranking sites? Furthermore the content from auto-blogs are usually poor especially if it involves spinning the articles.
 
you should avoid YMYL niches as many suggesting,
auto blogging still does the work pretty good in many niches, but you have to tweak it right to work,
not just blind spamming, especially if you want to bank with
