Auto Commenting Software on Blog Posts

Sorry if I'm repeating, but I all the posts I found about this were very old.

So, my question is, I'm trying to post as much as I can and get backlinks, but it is very time-consuming, so I was thinking to find a software where I can adjust what I want to be posted on which websites/blogs or to search them by the subject and post it automatically.

What is your suggestion for a software?

And, do you have experience with this kind of posting and is it safe?

Is it safe? Well depending on your settings and sites used. It's just a program, you have to set it up
