There are many auto commenting tools are available some of those are YouTube auto commenter, YouTube my space auto commenter and youtube auto comment bot.
better try to get natural comment for your video which will help your video to get high rank....even auto comment is also can provide it but
natural comment will last for long time i think...

Agree with King SEO.
Not sure how long youtube will find the comments is posted by auto comment tool.
Better to get real user to post comments.

I think at fiverr, people is willing to write comments for you for $5.
