autoclicking ads will get you banned, its against the tos.
if you wanna do arbitrage, you'll have to just use a good mfa template and hope you don't lose too many clicks along the way.

I doubt it. Despite all the hype, it is unlikely that Google will ban made for adsense sites. after all it makes money out of these sites

It's website design that "focuses" visitors on site ads, rather than content - for example places two huge ad units in the middle, and content is way down and with smaller font
