Auto bogging Spam sites with adsense? how do they get approval?

Makes sense.Thats what i was thinking as well.Also are there any guidelines to follow to make sure to get the adsense approval?

Yes some of them are old and already had adsense approval. I'm also told, it was much easier to get approval a few years ago. Sometimes when a person already had a site approved, adding a second site was almost instant approval without the Adsense team checking the site.

This is very easy. First of all, write some good articles, and apply for Adsense. like 20 articles. And after getting approved by Adsense, post whatever you want.
Points to be noted - Adsense likes AI-generated articles very much. I have experienced this myself. One of my blogs, in which 40 posts which I had written with great effort myself, got rejected thrice by Adsense. And every time the reason was that my blog violates the content policy of Adsense. Rather, there was nothing like this in the blog. I wrote just simple blogging articles, and how to bring traffic to the blog with no external links. After that, I got very angry, and I deleted all my posts. And put 45 AI-generated posts without editing. And applied for Adsense. And in three days Adsense approved my blog.

So from this it seems like adsense approval is a automated process. I was under the impression that google manually checks the websites? Maybe someone else can join in on this?This is very easy. Submit well written articles, unique etc and get through the approval process.

I was also thinking that the AdSense team manually checks sites for approval. But now I know, Exactly How to Get Quick Approval from Adsense.
for it, you only need an AdSense friendly template, Some Unique and Grammatically correct posts ( Quality is not important, AI is useful as AI makes 100% unique content), and a simple privacy policy, DMCA, and a contact page, and no broken links on your blog.

If I'm not mistaken, Adsense will first crawl the website and check it automatically. I guess if these checks are all green light, then approval is given. If not then you can go into the 2-4 weeks waiting cycle where adsense team will check manually. This is my understanting

Not accurate. I have three Google News sites, and applied to Adsense after News Publication approval. Then , placed Adsense right after.
