Some help would be appreciated:

I've got a list of 50 feeds. (with about 900 posts in total).
In wp-o-matic, I add a new campaign, and then add 2 feeds at a time.
Am I meant to do a "fetch now" after that ?
I'm not sure how to automatically add a post to the blog every 30 mins.

press "fetch now" to manual fetch the feeds right now. i did this the first time just to make sure that it worked.

if you have the cron job set up correctly then it should all be automatic after that. in your campaign options there is a setting for "Frequency". by default it is at 1 day and 5 hours. change this to 0 days 0 hours 30 minutes.
you may also want to reduce the "Max items to create on each fetch". By default it will fetch 10 posts from each feed.

i've set up a different campaign for each category in my blog.

I do the manual fetch I hired a guy to do it for me. I had problems with Wp Matic it is awesome tool but so buggy, I tried to fix but I am not that good at php so I was not able to fix but anyways it is better to do manually or hire someone to fix it for you. That way you won't have thousands of duplicate posts or crap..

Just put a linkback to their site at the bottom of their work that way you can tell them their are building there linkbacks for seo purposes that should sort the problem.

@ernesthemingway: I take it that you get your guy to do the manual fetch whenever you want the blog updated (e.g. 4 times a day), so it's outsourced as opposed to automated ?

What I wanted to do get wp-o-matic to totally rip the site and post all the blog entries since the blogs were created, and then update my blog every half hour or so.

Also, I see an option to add the original blog entry date, but I don't see anyway to make up a date to add to the entries (i.e. 2nd January 2008 for example)
 
anyway to test this out with a free host like blogger? or idk anyone have any free hosting?

also having difficulty with actually putting the plugin..in could be i'm using the wordpress free blog, IDK their instructions are not well written

I can't edit my post now but i found out wordpress does not allow plugins anymore on their hosted blogs, I am trying to find a free website hoster first before i buy a domain/hosting

Go into your wordpress panel - > Settings -> Permalinks and u will see options how u want to look your post link. Go to Custom and type %postname% , Save and u're done ;]

where do I can get feed that not make me trouble with copyright ?
today, I bought 10 dot info n tried to made autoblog...is it okay if 10 blog with autoupdate every day on my hostgator baby package ?because I had bad experience with .info about index...always deindex

as the op suggested, start with either health or celebrity gossip, to begin with
