Ok, I?ve been asked A LOT about what plugins I use for my Auto Blogs On Crack..
And although I can?t give out the complete formula, I will reveal some pieces..

UAW (Unique Article Wizard). Some love it, some hate it. I?m in between. :o

Caffeinated Content. This is also a paid plugin, its pretty good, but its been a bit buggy here lately, possibly something to do with the new wordpress 2.7 upgrade.

Platinum SEO Pack. This is free and absolutely vital to your blogs life. As the name suggests, this plugin optimizes your blog for the highest possible search engine placement. Way better than All-In-One-SEO!

Privacy Policy plugin. This free plugin keeps you in good standing with Adsense, so they wont look for a reason to boot you. 99% of blogs/autoblogs, fail to add this simple yet vital plugin to their blogs, thereby disobeying Adsense?s Terms of Service.

Google Analytics plugin. This is free and a must have to track your blogs activity and let you know vital statistics.

StatPress ? A statcounter on steroids. This plugin is free and mighty useful. I use it on Every one of my blogs and customer?s blogs. You have to know what?s going on with your traffic in order to make it better. What pages are being viewed more, what pages never get views, etc..

Google Sitemap maker. This free plugin creates a google friendly sitemap for your blog, in seconds. Huge time saver and Google will love you in return. This plugin can also make a robots file, if needed. Useful for Wordpress MU blogs.

Global Translator plugin. This is free and pretty nice. We?re missing out on millions of non-english speaking people by not utilizing a translation plugin for our blogs. They?re clicks are the same as anyone else?s 

Wordpress Automatic Upgrade ? A must have free plugin for busy marketers. Just a few clicks and your wordpress install is upgraded to the latest version. A breeze!

WP-Sticky is a free plugin that lets you ?sticky? a certain post so that it remains the first post no matter how many posts you make afterwards. This is helpful , you can write a 300 word article or welcome message about your blog. This looks like a natural blog, and is believed to be manually posted on.

I was not aware of the Privacy Policy requirement. I've just started to put it on all my blogs. ;)
 
Good thing you brought this up about the Adsense Privacy.

I have it on all my sites with Adsense since (I think it was April this year) they put it in their TOS.

And they really check when you're start making a decent amount of clicks a day.
My stats show visits to the Privacy page from IP's owned by Google.

Undergroundguru, Do you have trouble with your sticky post not staying when using caff. content? I have.

I figured it would help lay some autoblog ground rules!

-Husker, I'll reveal some promotional plugins in my next 'Viral Plugins' post. But I can tell you this real quick, a really easy way that I promote a fresh blog is by posting on niche releated questions on yahoo answers. Plus this gets me a high pr backlink and gets my blog indexed fast.

-Needlinks, well I havent used it on a C.C. blog , as I have my own plugin that I use for sweet , fresh, content. The best in my opinion. Its only available in the AutoBlogsOnCrack package. </end of promotion> lol

But seriously, obey the Adsense T.O.S. and they'll have no reason to ban you.. None of my blogs have ever got me banned or been de-indexed. And they probably never will, because I stay up-to-date on the Terms of service of Adsense, Clickbank, Amazon, and other good blog-monetization programs.

Adsense TOS is important. May sure you link autoblogs to other blogs i.e. Wordpress Free Blogs as well.

is a great place for this. If you do all Blogger blogs then google will notice. Make sure you get some from other ip address as well.
 
Thank you for your posts undergroundguru. I have been making a living running online communities (forums) before now and am just getting started with blogs. This thread is a big help. I already had some of the plugins on your list but you have some that I didn't have yet and sound like they will be really helpful. I especially like the idea of WP-Sticky with a handwritten "welcome" post to make an auto-blog look less "automated". The Privacy Policy was also something that I would have completely missed on my own. You may have saved me some money in the future with that one so an extra big thanks for mentioning it. Looking forward to your 'Viral Plugins' post.

PS. I checked out your autoblogsoncrack and the site seems to have a graphical problem that makes it look off balance and makes some text hard to read without highlighting it. It is functional but just thought I would mention the graphical problem it in case you weren't aware and wanted to fix it.

I see the same graphical problem on your site using IE
 
Once you get to WP 2.7 the Wordpress Automatic Upgrade plug in is no longer needed as WP2.7 has this build in.

The form button is way out to the right, and the form table bg repeats itself. This is most likely because the main table is set to a percentage width and so are the inner tables. If the users screen resolution is 800 x 600 it would look good, but on 1024+ it expands and cause the form table to expand too.

Thanks for the list of plugins. Anyone know if there is an updated version of Caffeinated here on BH?
