Hello

Just wondering what the best way to have posts made on my wordpress blog (auto blog)

I see some articles from 2017 and before - but wondering what method/plugins would work best to do this.

Im not worried about search engine rankings (I know auto posted content wont rank, Im driving traffic via social media so im not too worried about rankings)

I would love to hear any suggestions

Also want a plugin to auto post to social media as well

What about Auto posting like 50 posts or so on a Blog with this tool and then creating a bunch of unique content for all articles going forward after the initial 50.

Basically trying to create a website that looks like it's got a bunch of good posts for the first people I'm going to try and drive to it using social media

If you are using the WP platform, you can in fact schedule posts for past, present and future. SB article plugin would be able to do that for you.
By scheduling the post in the past, it may appear that your site has been active since 5 years back, and scheduling posts to be published for the next 5 years, that site will run automatically for the next 5 years. SB doesn't integrate from RSS feed those type though, and you'll need to harvest your articles respectively.
