Are there any rules to auto blog commenting? Ie a safe amount per day/week mix of blog types etc?

I'm using SB and wondered if anyone had any tips to share on how to spin relistic comments?

Scrape real comments and use it.

Are you blasting your money site or tiers ? For tiers, you don't need to follow any rule. If you blast on your non-aged money site, try to filter only low obl.
About the comments, make a unique comment related to your keywords, spin it manually and enjoy your backlinks.
