AUTO BLOG + Article Spinner?

I'm trying to set up an Automatic Blog that spins the article before posting but I'm only seeing paid service. I have plugins that perform those tasks separately options. Is there a way to make them work together, with having to manually publish?

Obviously. For my purposes, I don't really care about results like (search engine ranking/google) nor would they matter.

I just want to know the best free way to accomplish it with having to come back to the site every day
 
You can let it translate into another question and then translate back. Thats almost like spinning
 
You can Go for Wp automatic + wp Spinner both are also available under GPL at cheap prices but i prefer you to go with paid version from creators. Both are working fine for me
 
VA = Virtual Assistants, you can hire people from other countries to outsource your jobs.
 
hire people to do it for you. that will be better.
 
I have the newsmaker pro plugin and theme pretty sure it has a scraping and article spinning function built-in but the article spinning isn't free and requires signup and API
