You can use zennoposter to program a bot to create accounts on and post to any website you want that allows it.

All three of these tools are good to build links. You can submit your competitors backlinks to scrapebox to post comments on them and export successful links in a list.
And submit competitor links to GSA to create other type of backlinks.

I did same thing and get many high authority backlinks, just didn't prepare backlink sheet with authority.
To build competitor backlinks with RankerX, you will need platform identifier to submit for verification in RankerX.
