Are proxies the biggest cost when using backlinking software?

Is this a true statement: more proxies=less captcha solver needed & vice versa?

Rankerx's pre-made diagrams come with 3~4 tiers normally.
When you say Rankerx for T1, does this mean you will only do 1 level ie delete all the other levels inherent in the diagram?
hence, also when doing GSA SER for T2, only 1 level done?
thereafter, when doing MR for T3 & 4, 2 levels will be done?

I know the GSA SER packages and bought some myself from asiavirtualsolutions several years ago.
