Auto approve comments based on keywords

Guys, I would like to auto approve comments left by readers only when they include certain keywords used in my post.

Does anyone know of a wp plugin that might help?

I have searched Google for days and can't find anything...

There is a plugin available which auto-approve comments for a particular post/page, but I didn't find any plugin with that feature.

Yea... I get hundreds of spam comments a day, and I want to be able to only have those that mention keywords in the moderation que and have the rest go straight to trash...
