Ok,

just an idea, if everyone who had the ability to do so done this then it would be great.

So here is how it will work.

1. You must create your own article directory site and set it to auto approve links.

2. Message me with the url of your article directory.

3. Prove that the article directory is yours by putting your Black Hat World username at the bottom, in plain text.

4. Once you have been confirmed, I will message you back with an upto date list.

5. Each week, all members will be messaged with a full list of sites and the list will also be checked. Anybody who is fucking around will be turfed out of the network.

If we all use the network wisely, it will not require any upkeep. As the members grow, so too will the strength of the network, as everyone will be using the network as part of their linkwheels.

Most good article directory scripts cost a few $$. But there are free scripts available.

Also, im sure some members will be able to dig out a nulled version of a really good script for people to use.

Here is an example of what you will need to join: http://badassdirectory.net

Here is the FREE script : http://www.articlesetup.com

To edit the footer link for this script, just open obinclude.php and remove the content and replace it with your BHW username.

DONT POST LINKS TO YOUR DIRECTORY IN THIS THREAD - KEEP THEM PRIVATE

Will phpld script work ?
I have 100+ already ready now :D

Very intrigued by this. It's one of those things that just "clicks".
A few questions...
"1. You must create your own article directory site and set it to auto approve links."

I assume we would disable or moderate registration (to make sure we limited to the "in club") but the actual article submission then would be auto approve? Looking for some way that we're preventing people from scraping article directories and poisoning the network.

I also wonder how much this will end up being to moderate...preventing horribly spun stuff, copyscape stuff. I guess the honor system is somewhat in effect...it'll be easy to find out who it is and give the ban hammer...

Final point is if people slamming their articles with shitty links will be the downfall of this plan. Is goog going to flip out on the sites if all the members start SB and Xrumer blasting their articles...

How much bandwidth do you think would get used per site? Obviously nobody knows, but does anyhow have a guess?

Yes, but a new directory would be best, so that only the members of this syndicate are registered.

This way, we can reduce the influx of spammers taking advantage. We can set registration so that it requires approval, then once a member is approved then they can post as much as they like.

Exactly, auto approve articles. but limit the registration.

Not a massive amount. It would be fine on a shared hosting account.

do you think it would be fine as a subdomain or do you think it could hurt to much the main-domain?

Interesting, I like the idea. I think I'll start working on it if I can figure out how to set one up. Seems easy enough.

subscribed...sounds like a great idea, will have something up in a week :)

i think there should be a min PR limitations too, like only sites with PR1 can join.

I'm setting it up on a site without PR but as soon as the group starts posting we will get enough link juice with this group. I don't think there should be a pr minimum.

There wont be any limitations like that in place. The network will grow slowly as more members are added and they start linkwheels using the articles in our network.

I want this to be available to everyone, so even new guys can take some benefit from this.

having a pr minimum will only make the network stronger, but it's just an idea, if the majority just wants to try it out with, it's cool

I appreciate that, but I really want everyone to be able to participate, not just seasoned IM'ers.

Having a minimum PR would mean people having to buy domains and such, which no longer makes it a freebie.

Sounds like a good idea, anyone point me to a decent script.I'd rather buy one than used a nulled one, cheers.

On a different note,I'd like to suggest no links pointing to the articles be less than PR2.The whole point of this is to get some decent PR links. So shitty PR N\A links won't help anyone.
If this goes ahead I'd like to see a set of rules for linkbuilding to the articles. This is absolutely pointless if the same old crap links which destroy AA article directories are used.

We're bh'ers we can do alot better than that. The point of this is to get high PR links,as we know we need high PR links to get the PR to the pages.

Just thinking out aloud, but if people just blast the usual shite,I can guarantee it'll be a complete waste of time as nothing will be passed.

Anyway I'm interested if someone can point me to decent script.

Alright sweet, I got mine setup. I used that http://www.articlesetup.com and it was pretty easy. Just make sure you don't install wordpress which I already had on the site cuz it over rides the script. So I had to uninstall everything and then just re-install it. Sending a PM, lets get more users in on this and it could be a nice PR network.
