I don't really understand what you're asking, but I'm assuming that you want to know about how to find blogs related to certain topics (keywords?) that auto-approve comments?
I would say that it is quite difficult, since most blogs are protected with some kind of spam filters. You need to search for them and compile your own list. I use scrapebox for this, and build my own list as I go.

You can create your own list of blog related to your niche by using dropmylink.com.

@Jitendra Mahato Do you mean build a high authority PBN and the link out to money making site? And scrapebox is possibly the best tool for you too use.

so you need scrapebox to find the expired domains you can use a custom footprint like sit:tumblr.com and then use around 40 keywords relating to your money making blog star harvesting, run the harvest through vanity name checker the check the URL authority disregard the low authority URLs then attempt to register them to your Tumblr account.
as for Alexa, i don't really ever check someone else may have more knowledge on that.
