Authors name in blog

Hi Pro Bloggers Need your input on this topic,
While for readers it may or may not matter if blog post has authors name, how about google ?
-- Is it necessary to have authors name on the blog for google adsense approval.
-- Does it impact page ranking.
-- Some sites seems to use site's name as author / admin / fake names, does this impact on adsense approval and indexing

It’s fine if you don’t put, for it’s always nice to read a name and helps in schema too so conside putting one

Having a 'branded' site may help you get more backlinks

Once you establish yourself as an 'authority' through social media outreach, you can find it easier to get links from guestposts on 'influencer' blogs in your niche

I always use a proper name in normal blog but use my keyword as author in a selling blog ie Blue Widget Guru

Yes it matters for ranking (not much maybe though), google launched a update for this sometime ago, you can read about it online by searching "EAT google update" etc
