Heya!

Looking to start up a new authority site which will have loads of content (high quality informative articles), it will be in something similar to the medical niche.

Most of the Wordpress themes that I have used previously are good for showing the most recent articles, but aren't suited to someone who may want to find the most relevant article rather than just the most recent.

Can anyone recommend a theme that may suit? (Note: I have a multi-site license theme for thesis if there are any thesis skins that may suit).

Are there any other platforms that I should investigate which may be good for my "library" of articles for lack of a better term? I already have another site on mediawiki which is going well, however there may be some other options too that I have not thought of.

Wordpress should be fine. It just depends on how many pages/posts you put on it. When you start getting into the thousands it starts to become a problem.

There's many plugins that you can use that will show you related articles. Just do a search in the admin panel under plugins.

I find most Wordpress templates to be a mess when you start getting towards 100.

I guess I am after something with very good categorization that doesn't look like a mess when you have 50-100 search results.
