Authority Site JV 50/50

I'll just get straight to the point here. I'm looking for a JV partner with SEO knowledge and experience in building authority sites. I already have a website about three months old running and things are going well. I just need to adjust and diversify and I need someone with experience to help me do that.

I am willing to split profit from all income streams with the ideal candidate 50/50 monthly. The ideal candidate must speak fluent English and preferably should be from Canada, UK, or USA.

I am interested in your project JV, well i am not from UK USA or canada, But i am GOOD at SEO, i am internet marketing from last 6 year, and doing seo from last 3 year, But the think is SInce i started SEO I never done any Bloackhat method of SEO or used any tools for building backlink, every backlink i created is manual, due to which i have a history that my all website are still ranking high on search engine.
I will be interested if you accept the fact of creating all manually which is slow procedure and very hard work for me ( But will give best results at the end )
i am ready to work on monthly salary or on 50-50 share.

I?m in Internet Marketing sins 3 years. I started in local SEO for Poland I ranked some very high competition keywords targeted for Poland For example (keywords translated from polish) ?Bank Accounts?, ?Internet Perfumery? ect. I also worked on projects for some well known brands like Microsoft and Tesco. From 1,5 year I?m focusing on SEO targeted for USA. I?m very good in keyword research I can find some very good keywords that are low competition. I use my own dedicated scripts to analyze competition, ultimate niche finder and Long Tail Pro.
