Well, OP's post doesn't really show what he's asking, but if he's asking for niches, sorry bud. Nobody will give out their ideas. Do some keyword research, and check out Google Trends for some ideas.

I have a couple of them. PA is based on aged links. Older sites are more likely to have high PA.
