Calling out any Aussies that are earning US dollars from ogads, shoutouts through paypal etc...

I'll be declaring earnings to the ATO but do we have to submit an American tax return as well?

its matter of any country, we need to do the show the tax in local currency meaning country.

You just convert the earnings you earnt per year to your home currency and declare it. Try to declare any expenses if your country allows it like using your home as an office, sim cards, phones and/or any software subscriptions used. Savings to made everywhere!
