You can, but you will need to provide a lot of verified id. Why can't you get the money wired directly to your current account?

I have also locked. Someone bought money with credit card, then sent to me and he made chargeback against Transferwise. Not only locked, but if someone is trying to send money via Transferwise using my banking details, it's refusing "You cannot make a transfer to this person"

Read FAQ, for now they not accepting incoming wire transfers for Personal Accounts.
They are and they answered to tickets 3 months after lock from some shady email. Guy was rude, not professional and was writing like kid
