MODS: Please move this to the eBay section.

I'm not sure if this works on US and UK accounts. But I can guarantee it works for http://www.ebay.com.au

    eBay & PayPal's Verification Process
Unlike the US, eBay Australia make it a lot more difficult to verify your account. You need to verify your account with a home phone number, credit card and bank account. A $7 VCC won't do the trick.

    [STEP 1] Your IP Adress
If you've been suspended, chances are you've already tried to sign back up and before you know it you've been suspended again because they've linked it back to your old suspended account. Remember you MUST have a new IP address, if your on a dynamic internet connection you can create a new IP by simply turning off your router, then turning it back on.

Something you may not know about is eBay sneaky .gif file you recieve in every ebay related email. This invisible .gif file reads your IP address and sends it back to eBay HQ. If eBay ever tracks an IP address thats connected to a suspended account, it will raise a red flag and your new account will be suspended. Thats why it is vital you have NEW IP adress for your new account.

    [STEP 2] Registration
Make up fake name, address and email account.

    [STEP 3] Your Phone Number
Part of eBay's verification procedure is to verify you have an active LAN line. They will have a robot call your phone and give you a activation code. If you've been suspended, you can't use your home phone because they already have it on file, so you need a new number. You can create a brand new number by going to http://www.mbox.com.au and joining there 14 days free trial, set up the account, get your local number, verify the ebay account and then cancel the trial.

    [STEP 4] Bank Account
Part of PayPal's verification is it's Bank Account deposits. PayPal will deposit 2 small ammounts into your nominated bank account and you need to verify how much they placed into your account.

Apply for a new bank account that offers a Visa Debit Card eg. http://www.stgeorge.com.au its only $3 a month.

Now this is the trick, when you add your bank account info to PayPal use your FAKE name as the bank account name. I guarantee the funds will still come through. For some reason it doesn't matter what name you put, as long as the BSB and Account Number is correct, funds will still come through.

Thats it, now you have a fully verified eBay and PayPal account, with no money spent. Sell replicas and withdraw the money straight to your bank account. If you get suspended again, just create a new phone number and sign up to a new bank.

    It's pretty simple really.

This is a great guide. I can confirm that this works on US ebay accounts as well as I have done it in the past. I play it safe and get a new PO Box for every bank account as well.
