Look into Amazon ec2, they have servers in Sydney now, and you can get a VPS on their 'free usage tier' so you can pretty much get free hosting providing you don't use over 100gb or so of bandwidth a month!
 
NOT NetRegistry.
I've had good results with NetLogistics, and they have a pretty good rep on Whirlpool. Fast support, too.

my main aim is to keep my network clean... so i really need very small amount of bandwidth
