August Update hit my Website

I checked and see almost i loss about 2k backlinks on my blog, but most of the backlinks are spammy.

Are you referring to Core Algorithm update?

That has nothing to do with that.

Referring domains are not related to Google Core updates.

During update your links are re-evaluated but not removed technically.

It might also be just SEMrush database update.

Google's updates have nothing to do with loss of backlinks. But even if they did, shouldn't you be glad you lost spammy backlinks?

How did you lost those backlinks ? How so many domains got deleted ?
