audio buttons streaming audio

Can anyone create or does anyone know of any software that can create audio buttons for use on websites i.e streaming that are also viewable on mobile devices?
I have several desktop applications that can create flash buttons but they are outdated
Any input would be greatly appreciated
I have tried all the usual paths
odesk freelancer etc but only ever got inept time wasters

well, you can setup audio player script in websites(playable in mobile), there actually no "software" to do it. pm me if you need help.

You can use html5 player which can work both on computers and mobiles i can help you set them up
