I'm not sure if this is in the correct section or not, but is there such a thing as audio ads? So instead of having an ad on your website, it advertisers like a radio does? So when the user has been on the site for say 5 minutes, it has a vocal ad? I know this will be annoying on most websties, but for the idea i have this would be perfect. Something like how Spotify advertises? Also is there anywhere that would be applicable for apps as well?

HTML5 audio, called by JavaScript after a 5 minute timer?

1) Add jPlayer to your site. Hide the play button etc with CSS. http://jplayer.org/
2) Use Javascript SetInterval to call the play function of the jplayer after a certain amount of time. http://www.w3schools.com/js/js_timing.asp

I have seen people on Fiverr that own radio stations or broadcast radio online, they are willing to advertise you for a couple of bucks. Haven't heard for another place, except local radio stations.
