Audiences from FB ads manager

Hi it's me agin,
Would like to now if the audiences created through Facebook Ads manger would not appear on the Instagram app ?
(which would suck since i want to promote a carousel post but Facebook ads manager do not work on those ones)

You can promote IG posts trough FB ads yes

you can advertise only for IG through ads manager, so you need to untick others
