Audiences - Face ADS

Do you know any way to find out which audiences competitors are advertising to? I know google ads and face ads, clicking on "why am I seeing this ad".

Do you know any other better tools that tell me where sales are going?

Looking for the same. But I don't think there's any tool for this. Only G & FB knows, to whom advertisers are targeting.
