Audience Network, any workaround ?

Hi,

I applied to Facebook Audience Network as i wanted to add native ads inside my apps. I added a payment option but when i tried to link it with my apps, i got some errors. I reach out facebook support, and in the end they dropped the bomb without any explanation. Below i'll post a screen with their response. What should i do ?



Should i try open a new developer account with another fb account ? Is it possible that facebook audience isn't available in my country ? ( Romania )
I will really need some help.

Someone ? I'm really pissed out about this situation and i'm searching for a solution . Maybe someone who faced this problem can help ...
