Audible on CJ

Since when is an amazon affiliate program done through Commission Junction. I wanted to register an Audible affiliate account and I see that it's through CJ. I have a CJ account but I still work on getting more traffic to my sites so that they will approve me. Any suggestions on how to get approved at least by Audible
