Attracta - Link building

Anyone use attracta dot com? I saw it's free with a hostgator account. It appears to be a sitemap generator but on hostgator it's under a button that says 'link building directory'.

Last thing I need is a link farm that google will ban.

They are partnered with quite a few hosting companies along with other companies.
To recap what I read, they create and submit a site map and then notify you of any seo shortcomings.

I'm not going to even think about using Attracta. I was going to email them with a suggestion about their site and they don't even have an email address. So yea, no.
