I'm not sure the moderators will do that, but who knows. Like someone else said, try different forms of contacting him.
 
Also even though his box is full, he will see that you sent him a msg. It just won't let him read it.
 
Doesnt he have visitor comment thingy on, for his profile? just drop a message there.
