Attention they ban account with no explanation

Ok i have to do it this way because i been on this forum nearly a year and the last few days i went to login to my account and i found a message like this:
You have been banned for the following reason:
Intentionally Posting Infected Shares
Date the ban will be lifted: Never

ok now how the hell i shared infected "?" no explanation waht happend?

if i never since i registered on this forum shared anything NADA, i just come here to read say thanks and ask questions if i didn't understand something.

right after i saw i was baned i send them an email asking for what's going on and what's happened so i can defend myself agains any acusation.

they never replayed, so are you pepole serious?
do you thing you can ban people for just like that and dont give them any explanation.


what happen if the hacked my account, do we have to pay the price because you didnt have good security on this forum?
what a F..k JOCK , i know i could just do another account and carry on reading and bla bla, but its anoying when they acuse you for something you haven't done and worse dont give you exat information of waht you done.


SO check your security before baning pepole and investigate first before any acction taken

yes alts but its unfair because this it can happen to any one an the dont give you the chance to defend your self.

A friend of mine made a thread (6 month ago) and asked if there was any market on leaked emails, if they were worth anything and if people have had success with those kind of emails.

He got banned later with the reason:

You said you sent an email? Why don't you try to PM a mod and wait for an answer.

BTW when bhw accounts get hijacked like this it's always the account holder who is to blame. YOU probably downloaded something YOU shouldn't have, and as a result of YOUR carelessness YOU have put the rest of this forum's members at risk.

Obviously, your old account did something that violated tos, hacked or not hacked.

Dont mean take sides but shouldnt he at least get a reason ??

Right after I saw the ban i send them a pm from here askin for an explenation on what happened with my account, its esay to say for this reason and no explanation, and like a sed early how can some one share infected bla bla, if you didn share anithyng on this forum never, this is estange but what makes you more angry is they dont give you any explanation on what happened, when , where bla bla.

my all point of this is they should handle diferently, because i lost my account that was 1 year old and you i lost the trust that i build on the forum for this year, for no reasson because i still havent got the exact reasson on whats happened.


plus+ if my account was hacked they should take that as a warning to all BHW menbers insted of ban the good person because it will happen and happen untill they want to star finding out who is doing it.

I'm pretty sure you violated the rules by creating another account and posting on here. I suspect another ban shortly.

It's their sandbox and they can do what they want in here. If you don't like it then don't let the door hit you on the way out. If you want to be here and learn after a ban then don't rub in their nose that you created a new account and violating their rules AGAIN. Next they will ban your IP and then some poor sap down the road will wonder why he can't view this site when it stumbles on that dynamic IP. Happens to me once in a while on a dynamic IP. I can log in and after 2-3 minutes no pages come up. I just switch to a proxy and I've never been banned. I suspect they banned the dynamic IP I logged in with because some previous nitwit pulled some shit on it. Really a bad idea to ban dynamic IPs but again it's their sandbox so deal with it.

I smell like budweiser so they whipped my rep away. No ban yet but I still smell of it.

We have had situations where members' accounts have been hacked. There have been many incidents where the hacked BHW accounts were used to post infected EXE files. Then, anyone who downloads and executes that file also risks the possibility of his/her account being hacked. We (the Download Moderators) try to delete those posts as soon as they are detected and if we see that the individual is intentionally posting infected files, we ban them. It is a shame that a member has to be banned if in fact, he was not the culprit. But we, the moderators, are obligated to ban that account as a protective measure to keep the members safe.

What else can we do? . . .

Hi WizGizmo thanks for the explenation, I understand this things can happen to any one, and why you have to banne the accounts to protect the other users.

for my situation what made me more angry is the fact that i didn't know wahts going on, i was trying to log in, doing my normal routine
and i found the account banned plus on top of that the reasson of the banne for me it was totally crazy because i have never share anything here on this forum so when i send a pm to the blachat support, they never replayed me.

what can you do?
if the moderators know this is happening my sugestion:
probably an email from moderators saying look this what happened, and we are obligate to banne you account to protect our users, we are sorry if you didnt do it bla bla.

that well be nice because you cover both parts,
(1)-you protect your users and
(2)-at the same time you show littel respect to the account holder because it my he haven't done anything.

good comunication is the key.

yeah, just make sure you VT every file before you share it here and change your pass regularly

Do you honestly believe that?
I and other members have had their accounts compromised,

• Did they touch my Paypal, Moneybookers, Liberty Reserve, Webmoney, Banking, Forex accounts? No.
• Did they log into other forums many far more sensitive than this one? No
• Did they post infected files on many of the wareze forums I'm a member of. No

They sent PM's trying to sell EPN accounts, something only someone who hangs around IM forums will do.
It seems that every time we have one of these episodes the culprit impersonates that BHW member to try and scam another.
The issue is clearly associated with BHW and not the members personal security.
Do you honestly believe Vbulletin is bulletproof? There are plenty of tutorials available on hack forums on how to query it. The quality of these scam attempts show the low mentality mentality and lack of knowledge these
perpetrators have.
Just script kiddies who have got hold of the latest Vbulletin exploit and believe BHW is a good fishing ground of which it appears it is by the posts
from victims in the shit list.

This is the 2nd Time I've been banned for doing Nothing wrong.
First time no reply to my request asking why, just 'you broker the rules, permanent ban'

2nd time 'you posted DNS, and Dl's' so banned until fall.

Both are incorrect. I just checked my post history and Nothing shows rules broken.

Both times I was here for a long time, had a couple hundred posts...then BANNED and no explanation. "It's Their forum, they can do what they want"..you're right, and it's the same for ANY business...people will just stop shopping there.


So Bans are random just to get rid of people for some unknown reason, or accounts are hacked. IF account is hacked and unusual behavior happens from somebody who has been here for awhile, Why the Hell should that member be punished? And how about showing some kind of respect and sending actual proof of what happened?
And how come I've NEVER had this problem at ANY other black hat forum?
