I decided to pull the trigger and go long on FTR, bought 1500 shares at 3.60, price target of $5 long term. 10.72% Yield. Risky, especially with earnings coming up. Anyone else making the same play? :D

What say you, bullish or bearish?

($2,100 + Profit) The bulls are all the rage! I feel the top end is all she had in the first second quarter until consumer spending picks up again pre-election/holiday consumerism) What is the expected time of investment for returns? I can do better than 10.7% on that kind of initial investment secure margins less gamble.

I was speaking in terms of dividend yield = 10.72%. And yes, government funding via FCC for Rural Broadband. Only thing I am concerned about was the acquisition of Verizon's landline business. That, and they don't have any wireless assets. Still, though, I am long.
