Attention all who want Jumpstart refunds

As you know, Peter has stated that he will refund you if you request it. This is another of his now famous lies. As many of us have experienced, he won't issue a refund if you request it.

I am not a lawyer and the following should NOT be taken as legal advice.I want you to be aware that if you purchase a product or service, the vendor has to provide you with the product or service you have paid for. Otherwise, it is considered fraud and you have legal rights to recover your money.

If you have paid via 2Checkout, go to their website and submit a ticket. 2Checkout is already aware of Peter's fraudulent business practices and they will refund all the monthly fees that were fraudulently charged on your card. Just tell them you're one more victim of this fraudster and they will take a look at their records. This will speed up the refund process.

If you paid via Clickbank for the initial one-time fee 3 URLs/day plan, you can still get a refund if you contact them and tell them the service was not provided as promised and that you're not the only affected but lots of other people. Just like 2Checkout, Clickbank will take a look at their records, see he has lots of complaints, and they will issue a refund even if it is outside of their 60 day guarantee period.

Should he actually be made to refund everything? cause if you think about it its not like it stopped working as you as you purchased it, you people used his services for weeks/months before it stopped working so it wouldn't be fair to ask him to refund everything, maybe refund like half the amount you paid or something.

First of all; I do not like JumpStart nor Peter at all, but I believe it is kind of unfair to get a refund for something you actually used. You know how many people will exploit this? They will just tell 2Checkout that they didn't get to use it and get a refund, even though they got the full service, and got all their views delivered.

The thing is that many people didn't get the full service and didn't get their views delivered. In my case, I was never able to get it to work. All videos I submitted never got any views. I don't know if you actually used jumpstart in the last few months. Those of us who did know it didn't work and we still kept being charged. Peter didn't even email us to tell us what was going on. When you finally got a hold of him in this forum or by contacting him, he would just lie to you. Again, I have no idea of what your experience with Jumpstart was. To me, this was a ripoff.

I haven't even used JumpStart, because the free service Viewet itself gives me more views than JumpStart.

I was just giving out an opinion.
