Attention All Howie Schwartz Fans - Please Read!

Hey B-Hatters:

I have some important information that I need to pass on to my fellow members who, like myself, have been following the methods of Howie Schwartz.

As of today, products by Howie Schwartz are no longer be allowed to be shared here at Black Hat World. In other words, Howie's commercial products (videos, pdf's, audios, etc.) are now on BHW's "Do Not Share" list.

It is my understanding that Diamond Dave (the owner/administratoe of BHW) is a friend of Howie Schwartz, and earlier today, I noticed that several of the download posts for Howie's products had been deleted by Diamond Dave. I then looked at the "Do Not Share" list and noticed that All Products By Howie Schwartz had been added to the list

As much as this may come as a disappointment to many (myself included), we must comply with the wishes of Diamond Dave, whom without, there would be no Black Hat World.

Therefore, for your future reference, please do not post any more downloads for Howie Schwartz's products in the Member's Download forum and do not request downloads for Howie's products in the Download Requests forum.

Your Cooperation Will Be Greatly Appreciated

yes, part of BHW sharing is gone!!!

I think its pretty good we're moving away from the free downloads model.... It will discourage those newbies who come here strictly for getting software/ebooks.

Howie's videos and stuff are basicly the same idea told in different ways, rehashed, pretty useful if you did not know about it, but can be expressed in 1 page or a longer forum post, no need to make tens of videos, and seminars, etc... to say basically the same thing.

The idea, as told before, is to rank for very long tail keywords using web 2.0 properties.

(He uses 4,5,6 words long buying keywords )

Does it work? You can make some money, but you will never make a lot of money unless you put in an enormous effort. Those long keywords, although buyer happy, get searched very rarely. Of course, you will own 9 spots of google out of 10 for the keyword "buy harry potter costumes and wands" using web 2.0 property and stuff... but that phrase gets searched exactly like what? 3 times per month best case scenario? That's why you need to build hundreds of thousands of such pages in order to make some money out of it, and this is why he has a very big outsource team and automated tools. Because it does take A LOT of effort to make significant money.

So does it make money? Let's see...

Those long tails products are mostly physical products, so your commision will be around 4% at amazon. Aka you sell a 100$ bucks costume, congrats, you get a 4$ commision.

From this commision you have to pay your enormous outsource team, you have to pay for the content, landing page design, etc... The good part is that you do not have to invest that much in domains cause you mostly use web 2.0 properties.

But let's get back to some examples from Howie's videos:

"one of my smartest student used my methods, created a squeeze page, and he obtained in the first 30 days 100 leads - for windows replacement niche- can you believe it? See it works?"

And one of the participants in the seminar - thinking probably like me, 100 leads? Dude i get that in 24 hours- asked how much were these leads worth?

Howie said:" Very valuable, like 20-30$ each"

So let's get this straight: One of his most impressive students, applied his methods, put a lot of effort and made in 30 days about 2-3k $? Really ? And that's impressive and worth paying 2k seminars or how much is it? Maybe these guys should come at bhw, here most of our users make 2-3k in their first month, and is all for free, and with much less effort.

Another example taken directly from Howie's words:

" Guys, did stuff works, cause i know what i am doing, i build ( i -aka me- do not remember how many thousands of squidoo lens and hubpages he said) web 2.0 properties, rank for long tail keywords that are buyer happy and last week i made 3 sales of 1,500$ plasma tv's . Isn't that impressive?"

Let's see... amazon 4% comission... at 1500$ plasma tv you get an 60$ bucks commision (as much as a 97$ ebook, and which one you think it is easier to sell, an ebook at 97$ or a plasma tv at 1500$?)...at 3 you made 180$... wow... i am impressed.....

So let me get this straight... last week... you used your 70 people outsource team.... and build hundreds or thousands of web 2.0 properties... and you made 180$?

Yeah, i am definitively impressed. No wonder he needs to do high price seminars to sell his stuff, cause the pure profit from his methods, after paying the outsource team and stuff... is pretty pretty low.

Other thing from Howie words: "You can't believe what happened to me. Several months ago my merchang blocked by account and he froze 65,000$ in it. And i could not use those money for like 6 months, omg, what am i gonna do, i have to diversify and use different merchant accounts, etc.."

For a guy supposedly running an operation as big as yours, with 70 people your employees, and making lots of money from serps, 65k should be pocket change. Especially since you were in the business from like what, 10 years ago or something?

Howie has been outed. I never rated the guy, the basic idea is ok for a $10 ebook but its way outta date. Once any idea has this much publicity and has noobs trying it hundreds of times daily its dead!

Face it guys, if you were creaming the cash. The method would stay a BIG secret. Only when it starts losing its effectiveness then you ramp it out to the public to die a slow death..

Many more profitable ways to make money online, just not many dudes know about em yet.

thanks nick flame, with that kind of commissions no wonder howie is taking no chances and is covering all the bases he can, he is smart for befriending diamond dave. but i doubt by creating a product which name contained "black hat" will appeal to most of b-hatters. but whatever, i did subscribed about 4 or 5 of his 1 dollar offers, was disappointed that most of them were identical, hence i cancelled all of them. plus to be honest, howie is so annoying these days.

but i am not discrediting his methods cause it will still work well so long as you use long tail keywords that get enough searches, so it all boils down to your market research, which, correct me if i'm wrong but howie did not cover that aspect. so just be smart. all is not lost.
