Yep this is going around. Please make sure that you submit the ip address that it gives you in the email to BHW so they can block it.

You will get an email saying that you have gone over the login attempts on the account. In my case I was out eating with the family and got the email on the phone so I knew for sure it was not me trying to login. Plus in the email that you get it will give you the ip address. It was not my IP as well.

You will get something like this:
Dear dansomers,
Someone has tried to log into your account on Black Hat Forum Black Hat SEO with an incorrect password at least 5 times. This person has been prevented from attempting to login to your account for the next 15 minutes.
The person trying to log into your account had the following IP address: 69.159.250.82

guess the guy who was asking for funeral money after he posted some awesome methods and got banned himself too had his account hacked.
