New year... New plan... New resolution.

- Select a Product
- Keyword research
- Domain research
- Niche type blog with 20 to 30 optimized articles
- Age
- Backlinks (web 2.0 / Social Bookmarks / article marketing / few high blog comments / profile links / youtube / ???)
- Small autoblog network pointing to money site pages (10 to 20 blogs) (monetize in other ways)
- Small blog network (blogger / wordpress type)
- More Backlinks second tier to support the above. (SB / XR / BMD / AMR / ??)
- Maintenance and analysis
- If possible add Twitter and FB into it.
- Discover, adapt and implement.

4 big challenges:

Do everything above properly and more importantly regularly.
Continue on this path and not get distracted by other things.
Continue to discover new ways and adapt to new techniques.
Be accountable and update this thread properly on a regular basis.

Long term Aim:

Build a large network.
Build a long term business.
Find ways to diversify sources / nature of income.
Automate the entire process over time as much as possible. (Tools and VAs)

had to take a break during the new year. Today i started with keyword / product research and ended up with an amazon product that seems to be a winner. Good sales figures and future looks right.

So today i will scrape kws both short and long tail and and write some initial reviews for the physical product. Will post kws details soon. Forgot.. i also need to get a suitable domain name and get the basic wp installation done with.

Good plan just have to stick to it.

keyword research is over. i have a theory that i need to test. here it goes.

Many times i have seen that between the heavy hitters (big sites with thousands of backlinks) there are sometimes sites that are ranking not because of no. of backlinks (they dont have much links pointing to them) but they are ranking because of good onpage seo.

I will post a screenshot for an example. these sites are mostly ranking between 5 to 10 positions.

See the sites ranking at 4 and 6 they do not have a lot of pages, backlinks or PR but onpage seo looks good and they are ranking alright.

Is it advisable to go after these kws ? I have seen it happen many times where a single site is sitting in between the heavy hitters.

Anyways to be on the safe side I am also going to search for some low competition kws and build separate pages for them.

Today i will complete the installation and the review part. half of the reviews will be outsourced and few will be written by myself as i am yet to find a good copy writer. any suggestions or help in that direction would be greatly appreciated.

got a bit late in completing the above task. once again got distracted a little. there was this guy from Philippines I think who was making money with twitter and adfly and wasted some time following it. anyways completed the installation and few articles were posted. i also found another niche and a nice domain name for it. Os started kw research for it. for now i will be concentrating on these 2 sites only. i also downloaded a lot of amazon materials from bhw and will be reading them at night. I like the amazonian profit plan and their idea of making more money with less sites. instead of building 100s of blogs and making few $$ from each, focus on few and make 100s from them. that way i guess its a lot easier to focus and maintain them. maybe i will be ready by the time christmas comes. maybe build 2-4 sites a month. will start building backlinks after 2 weeks. till then read all the materials and make notes. find more keywords and write more articles. maybe create more accounts everywhere so i am ready when the time comes for building backlinks.

Having always a new dedicated plan is good

I have decided to follow the following pattern:

- Build 10 to 15 money pages depending on competition and product / niche
- Build a static homepage with links to all the money pages with snippets and image.
- Harvest as many kws as possible related to those products and niche.
- Build an autoblog with these kws t target the long tail kws
- Build backlinks and drive traffic to homepage and money pages.
- build 2-3 blogs a month for 2012
- target $100 to $200 a month

So at the end of year i should have close to 30 blogs (average) making $100 (minimum) per month. So $3000 / month.

I am not sure how much of a realistic target i have set both in terms of income per site and no. of blogs per month. with time will come experience and i will know better in a few months. others are building way more number of sites / blogs than that per month. earning per blog and longevity is really what i am focusing on. hope i am correct.

currently my main concern in my decision to add an autoblog into the money site. i post about 3 posts a day for the first few weeks and then 1-2 posts a week to make it look like an updating blog, get more traffic with long tail kws, make additional $$ with it. is anyone else following a similar pattern ? can anyone share their experience as to what happened with their money pages when added with an autoblog ?

I have done the reviews and everything. The Autoblog part is also done and completed. From tomorrow i will start looking for another niche and products while this one ages a little. then start backlinking. meanwhile read on some more on seo and link building and learn to use some tools that are sitting on my laptop because i have never used them before !!

I have been working on these blogs to build links for a few days while looking for more blogs when I thought of adding adsense on one of my blog. Results were something i had not expected. I am making an average of $1 for the last 6 days with a ctr of over 6%.. I have read that it is very high and that it can be dangerous. getting good amount of traffic but thats only because of the AB and very long tail kws. My targeted money pages are still not getting any traffic and hence no conversions as far as amazon is concerned. But adsense is doing really great. Now i am trying to learn more about adsense and see if i can replicate the whole process to another domain and get similar results. i have also decided since i have fairly good amount of time with me since not building too many sites that i will start with micro niche sites and try and build an adsense network since they are not restricted to any specific country like amazon and other cpa offers. i will start collecting pdfs and videos and materials on it from tomorrow and see where it goes.
