Atomic Email Sender blocked my SMTP server

I've never posted before....been watching awhile though. So, I signed up for a paid smtp server account with the Atomic Email Studio. Sent one set of messages (about 900) on a list someone gave me that I thought was good. Well, it wasn't. Had a high bounce rate. They blocked the server. I asked them to unblock it and they sent me a long form for me to fill out with about 10 specific questions about where I got my list, how long it took me to gather it, etc. etc. Really? I had the account 3 days!

Anyone have any suggestions as to how to proceed? If they aren't going to unblock, I just want my money back.

You probably won't get your removed from the blocked list....

just keep sending and make it sure that someone will reply to your emails to gain your reputation
