At wits end please help!

I have a Paypal account that has a $500 withdrawal limit per month. I need to verify a credit/debit card in order to remove this limit. I've used entropay in the past but that is being a piece of shit lately and will not work. So I went out and bought a prepaid Greendot visa card, only to find out I have to provide my SSN, which defeats the whole purpose because I have to put in the fake info that pertains to my stealth account. So having just blown $25, what the hell do I do now!? I really fucking need a way to remove this limit, has anyone had any success with VCC from BHW sellers? If so please let me know!
