At the edge. Request for suggestions

Hi everyone,
A new idea jump in my mind in the last weeks...
A new website at the edge of DMCA.
I working to obtain all required document for stay in the law, but it's very hard and complicated.
So, I thought... If I use a "DMCA ignore offshore hosting", I solve any problem. Ok but, if I put in the website, google analytics, advertising for gain end I do a ads champaign, my identity is revelated.
I don't understand if DMCA ignore protect me in any case or if the important is my anonymity.
If anonymity is important, I can't insert advertaising in my website I think, therefore it is useless to create the website.
I am not a criminal, but today is hard respect the DMCA if you want insert contents in your website.
What you think about this?
Any suggestion are important for me.
