I am not Photoshop user, I don't want to use it. I am a GIMP user.

At GIMP, how to make painting effect like this:
    Code:
    http://sadafsartgallery.deviantart.com/art/Whirling-Derwesh-343760824
My site is art-related, so I need quick way to convert any photo or image become painting look like.

Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated.

    Thanks in advanced.

I think there's a program that can do that for you. @Asif WILSON Khan linked to one earlier this month. Let me see if I can find it for you.

Too late for me. I will try FotoSketcher (free alternative). Let me see what I can do with this program.

Thank you very much, really helpful.
