the minim payout is 10$
i already reached that

I doubt they scam you for $10. I think the logical reason is that they pay net30 and since you have earned 3.32 this month the funds will be available next month. Easy. And i wonder who else is using this network cause take a look at the http://astrocash.org/ and i wouldn`t trust the site anyways.

I have looked to WHOIS and the domain registrant is some Polish citizen... Polish people are often scammers. I had been scammed in the past and I will never trust them!

Poor admin who had to deal with someone like you. I bet you have either been a pain in the ass to the support, or you didn't even contact them before posting shit about them here.
I would pay you out and then ban you just for not having to deal with you ever again. I would also have your payment delayed... Looks like they even paid you early (19 days instead of Net30).
