Astra theme not showing adsense ads on article

Installed Site Kit plugin from google and its only showing ads on top header and bottom.

I saw few people with same problem, they cant show ads anywhere in the article, i'm looking to have 1 ad in the middle of article

Anyone know how to fix this?
