asssitance setting up bing account

hiya i`m after some help here.
I`m new to IM and have no webpage yet. I want to setup a bing account to use PPC on advertising some CB products.

I`ve been to the signup page and need to enter a valid website which I don`t have.

Can somebody give me a basic set of instructions on how to register and setup a bing account for my needs?

To be honest, I would read more about PPC. It is complex and you should read as much as you can before you even get started in the world of PPC. Also, I would start a website and set that up, before even bothering with PPC.

First step is to make a website (landing page) , that's where you will be sending your ppc visitors. Read more and learn about it. Don't be just in a hurry !

1. buy domain
2. buy Hosting with cpanel and fantastico or get free hosting but I assume that if you plan to spend on PPC you can spend on hosting.
3. install wordpress using fantastico
4. write a post
5. open bing ads account
